Flat Rate Shipping [cost] formula

    Hi,

    I’m wanting to create a flat rate shipping rule that only appears for orders less than ￡20.

    Is it possible to add a [cost] formula to the cost field in WooCoomerce Shipping? I’m trying to achieve this; if the cart total is less than ￡20 then the shipping option for ￡1.99 should appear.

    [cost]<20.00=1.99

    Any advice would be appreciated.
