Authorization required to access website

Greetings. Today I was able to install WP after a few tries to: https://www.metaltiger.org/wordpress/
When you go to the site a window pops up and asks for a log on and denies access to anyone but me. This sounds a little funny don’t you think?

How do I remove the log on script so that anyone can access the web site for viewing?
