    Hello WC Lovers Team,

I sent you a support note without response from you guys. I’m a paid customer (bought delivery plugin).

Issue: I have disabled “Delivery Time” from “Capacity” as store admin, so vendor can’t see and configure it. Then I have enabled and configured Delivery Times from Admin’s Settings (this should apply to every vendor in the store). But then customer in checkout section can’t see “Delivery Time Slots” to pick one.
The only way that it does shows up to customer is enabling “Delivery Times” in “Capacity” for vendors so they can enable and configure it (we don’t want this, global settings configured by admin must be used instead).

Expected Behaviour: delivery times (including delivery time slots/ delivery time enabled) must be only seen and configured by Admin not by vendors when I disable “Delivery Time” from “Capacity”. And in that way “Delivery Time Slots” pick list must shows up on checkout.

    Please help with this.
    Thanks.
    Marcos,

    – That means delivery time module disabled for vendors. it will not work at anywhere for vendors.

In order to achieve the expected behaviour I had to disable “delivery time” from capacity and then set the delivery times for each of the vendors so all of them get the defined global configuration for “delivery time” from settings.
Again don’t forget to activate “delivery time” for each vendor in the vendor section in store manager.
