• I needed a master password to lock all my password protected posts.
This feature is cool but with this plugin, the user has to reenter the password at every page ( at least on my site ). And there is no option for this.
You want to change the password ? … ok you can’t … you have to create another one and redo the settings …
The pro version is so RIDICULOUSLY expensive …
Well I deleted this one before I got more surprises like these …

  • Hello @minutepapillon,

First of all, we’re sorry to hear about your experience with our plugin.

Just to clarify, our master passwords do allow you to unlock all password protected posts at once with a single password.

So once you set the master passwords, your users don’t need to enter passwords for each post individually.

It’s weird that you said the users have to re-enter the password on every page or that you have to redo the settings. I highly doubt that there must be some kind of misunderstanding here.

Our support team is always here to help you resolve this kind of issues very quickly. I’m convinced if you allow us to help. You won’t be disappointed any longer.

As WordPress is an open-source community, we’d like to make sure that every customer is able to fully understand what our plugin has to offer.

We really appreciate your feedback about pricing, but we believe other top WordPress plugins in the market are also offering more or less the same pricing, if not even higher.

Please don’t fall into the trap of “cheap & quality” products, which would then come with “cheap” support and rare updates as well.

Anyway, can you please drop us an email to hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com and allow us to help, please @minutepapillon?

    Elena.
