Custom taxonomy disappears

    Hello to you!

    I have notice something on my website. Sometimes the slug of a custom taxonomy I added for a specific product (for example RED, Size M etc…) disappears by itself randomly. I have to re enter it in the product page for it to be displayed again.
    Do you know where it can come from?

    It happens on the previous wordpress version and the actual one.

    I do not have any leads for you on this. It sounds like the product is losing its association with a given term, but I’m also wondering if the term is being removed from availability in the taxonomy as well. Hard for me to say as I don’t have any access to the site in question. That said, CPTUI doesn’t handle anything in that area of the site, we focus on getting the content types registered, and other parts of the site take over from there.

    What plugin(s) are you using related to products? Their support may be able to provide some better leads than I can.
