Chat icon is not that of Facebook Messenger

for the website i made, i noticed that the chatbot icon is not that of the Facebook Messenger, but has a different image. (a box with three dots inside it and has some sort of antennae on top) and will record it as Guest in the MobileMonkey app. i want to know if I’m missing something here? id really appreciate it if you could help me with this problem. thanks!
