Newly added products cant sync

    Dear support team,

    As you can see from XML file that there are totally 17 products. Among the 17 products, there is one product I just added in one hour ago.

    I have regenerated the feed in wordpress and everything is good showing 17. I have tried many times in merchant center to fetch it – everytime Processing: Done (16 items counted, 0 items with issues)

    Have no idea why the new product cant be sync to merchant center? As both feed manager and merchant center seems to be okay without any issue after processing?

    I’m not sure if I understand the issue correctly.

    There are 17 products in the feed and if I understand it correctly this is correct. The processing reports 16 items which seems to be incorrect. Am I correct in that the issue is that the report is not correct?

    What version of our plugin are you using?

    Hi Michel!

    Yes you are right about the current situation. I just checked merchant center and now it is 17.

    So problem seems solved. Just dont understand why it is not showing 17 items last night (as XML file is always the same..) Got a sense of insecurity ??

    Hello @leokong18,

    SOmetimes Google merchant is a bit slow.
    The best thing is to manually retrieve the feed if you see the Merchant center is not containing all the products and the product feed does.
