shortcode not working

  • Hi,
    I just found your pluging, what I think is amazing but I don’t get to show the shortcode.

    I read in support I have to add this code to funcions.php:
    add_filter(‘acf/format_value/type=textarea’, ‘do_shortcode’);
    (done but not working)

    I have added this shortcode where I want it to be shown:
    [acf field=”categorytext”]

    any ideas please? Thanks!! ??
