insert html links in Top Bar item descriptions

Hello!
I’m building an website with Transportex (free version) and I need to add html links to top bar item descriptions (for example I want to add a mailto to a mail adress, a tel: to phone number and a link for the facebook page) but with the customizer, if I add html elements, once saved I just see a plain text into <p> tags, sanitized from html.
how can I achieve this task?
