Where can I find a scrolling Ticker

Sorry to bug you guys…but….

I Guess NO ONE knows of a scrolling RSS ticker which goes horizontally from right to left instead vertically?

Is exactly what I want, but it and the other don’t seem to support outside RSS feeds like BBC
