I talked to their support, made sure using credentials correctly but still can’t get it to work. So thought I’d see if any known issues.
The terminology doesn’t match up very well in the examples either, so it would be great if there were better instructions that mapped the B2 bucket credentials to how it actually looks.
    Thanks,
    Mark

  • Thanks for the info Mark!

I also couldn’t get it work. Do I use the right credentials?:
“Backblaze Account Id” means at backblaze “key ID”
“Backblaze Application Key” means at backblaze “applicationKey”

Is this just a temporary error or has it never worked so far? (I′m new to xcloner)
    Thanks
    Michael

yes, i believe the account id is changed by key ID as per a help page i read.

My backblaze integration faile as well….

When I click the “Verify” button on the Backblaze remote storage settings area, wordpress returns the “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I am not using the Master Application Key. I created a key for the specific bucket w/ read/write perms.

wondering if anybody had luck w/ Backblaze integration.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, at this moment, our integration with Backblaze works only with the master app key, we have it on our roadmap to see if we can add support for other keys also.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
