Does not work. Will not redirect only redirects to wp-myaccount page.

update… ive even deactivated my theme and still didnt fix the issue

Are you using a custom login form or is your website login form the default WordPress login?

Ive tried using the woocommerce login it worked once and then wouldnt work again. I deactivated all plugins after including woocommerce and used the wordpress login and wouldnt work. I created a new test account on my server and installed wordpress and installed the plugin again it worked once and then wouldnt work again.

I have no idea what is going on. Have you seen this before?

Ok im going to try and help you replicate it. I need the plugin for the following function. I create a user, lets call him John Smith. I create a page specific for john smith (https://websitename.com/users/john-smith) when john enters in his user name and password, he is directed to this one page that will have information on it specific to him. Then I do the same thing with Sally Smith etc….. I put his information in and then I select add a username rule and I put hers in. I hit save and I only see his information I do not see hers. I have screen shots of this. I went back in again, I still see his information and I still dont see hers, so I select add a username rule again and put her information back in and select save and still only see his name but I do not see hers.

I log out of the website and log back in. I enter John Smith and it takes me to his page. I log out and it takes me back to the logout page that I selected. I tried this multiple times and its doing what is supposed to be doing.

I then enter Sally Smith and it takes me to the wordpress dashboard. I log out and it takes me back to the login page. This is the part that is not working.

Question where is the list of users and page redirections stored so I can make sure they are being stored. should is the list stored on the page? Are they in the database?

I have a test website, I would have no issues giving you admin access The test site is running a wordpress basic theme and im testing the wordpress login.

I really need to get this working its a crucial part of the project im working on.

After explaining the issue to you, I looked at my database and figured out what the problem is and I solved it. The information for John Smith was stored in the database. However, Sally Smith was also stored but everything was NULL. I deleted Sally, Copied Johns and changed it to Sally.

I can make this plugin work for what I need it to, however, it is not as efficient as it should be, but Its better than nothing.

Do you have any clue why it would show up as null and without the redirection?

I just installed your plugin and I have the same issue as this user.

I had deactivated all plugins and no improvement.

I am using the standard WooCommerce login.

I have asked the MYLISTING theme devs if the theme has any hardcoded redirects embedded. But I don’t think so.

A checkout custom redirect I have in the child works fine.

What info can I give you to help diagnosis please?

Shouldn’t it. Is there a reason why it shouldn’t work with woocommerce?

Looking at this support forum so many have issues with this plugin and similar ones that support can’t just say. I can’t reproduce that. Look at all the tickets.
