504 unable to access FooGallery

    Hello,

    I was going to make some updates to a client website and I cannot access anything FooGallery related. I always time out and get a 504.

    I asked our server admins and this is what I got back:

    “On a test environment, we deactivated all plugins, switched to a default WordPress theme, and bumped the available resources extremely high but the gallery still fails to load.”

  • Hi @cgharrity,

    This is very unusual – it’s extremely rare for FooGallery to have issues being activated. If you have tested switching to a default theme and only activating FooGallery then it suggests something is not right with your web hosting environment.

    Are you able to tell me what version of PHP you are running on your web hosting account?

    Where are you hosting your website?
