    Hey @amir95 and @mabdulrahim,

Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. ??

As a first step, would you please try re-connecting your Facebook page to your website by following the directions below?

    1. In your WordPress admin head to?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce.
    2. Click “Manage connection”. See screenshot here:?https://cloud.skyver.ge/o0uDe1np
    3. Head to “Advanced Options” on the popup window.
    4. Click the “Remove” button and confirm. See screenshot here:?https://cloud.skyver.ge/4gummdo4
    5. You will be taken to a fresh Welcome screen to choose a Facebook page.
    6. Set up the connection?as described in our documentation.
    7. Ensure you leave the?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce?page open while products sync.

Would you please let me know if the issues persist once you’ve had a chance to follow the above steps?

    Thanks,

    Tamara ??

    HI @skyverge

Thank you for the suggestion but the result still same.

I already did exactly the same as you suggested. But after all the process done, the product added to FB page catalog only and my FB shop page still empty.

The total product that i added was 238 product. Not a single product added to shop page.

Please assist me on how to solve this matter.

not working for me too. the products are added to FB page catalog only and my FB shop page still empty

    Hey @amir95 and @mabdulrahim,

Thanks both for giving that a shot!

When you have a few moments, would you please share a screenshot of some of these products in your Facebook catalog ensuring to include any error messages that may be associated with these?

    Thanks,

    Tamara ??

    Hey @amir95 & @martyn5992 ,

Thank you very much for your patience for our reply over the weekend. This is Pit, stepping in for Tamara if that’s okay with you.

@amir95 I went through your screenshots and it seems that the catalog has been generated correctly from your WooCommerce store. You can confirm that by checking the name of the product catalog that has been created. If there’s a “WooCommerce” word in the end of the title, it a good sign since that the catalog is correctly connected to your store.

As a next step, would it be possible to confirm for me if your products have been set to visible in your WooCommerce store? You can check that by navigating at “Products” > “All Products” from your WordPress admin dashboard and seeing if there’s a “Hide” action button in the products table. If you can see that button, let me know so we can further investigate.

The issues you’ve encountered can be disregarded for the time being since they don’t directly affect the visibility of the products in your Facebook shop. However, we’ll make sure to get back to them in case none of the above steps work.

@martyn5992 In order to confirm that this is the same case as the one we’re discussing, would it be possible to share a screenshot of some of these products in your Facebook catalog ensuring to include any error messages that may be associated with these?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Hey @skyverge

As below image, all my product is visible and enable for FB sync.

    Hey @amir95 ,

Thank you so much for taking the time to go through my instructions.

Would it be possible to also check from the same page (“Products” > “All Products”) if the products have been set to be visible in your Facebook store? If you see the “Hide” action button, then that means that your products should be visible in your Facebook Shop as well.

If that isn’t the case as well, then it may be helpful if you can give me access to your Facebook shop as an editor to continue investigating on my end. I’ll provide you with more instructions on that after letting me know if your products have been set to visible in your WooCommerce store.

Thanks in advance for your time.

    Best regards,

https://imgur.com/DLMcaP4 – I not sure how to look the product visibility, Is this the product visibility (blue mark) ? All product same like that.

https://imgur.com/9gTMnkK – Here the facebook setting for each product.

I not sure whether this is the exact detail you ask.

    Please assist regarding this matter.

    Hey @amir95 ,

Thank you very much for the screenshots. It seems that this isn’t the case at the moment, so in order to proceed with troubleshooting, would it be possible to temporarily add me as an editor for your Facebook shop?

This should hopefully allow me to take a closer look at the products and their current settings in your shop. If that would be possible, you can follow the steps outlined on Facebook’s documentation. Please add the user panagiotis.bozionelos.9 when adding the user.

    Looking forward to your response.

Please take a closer look at my FB shop page and the product.

    Looking forward to your feedback.

    Hey @amir95 ,

Thanks so much for setting this up for me. I’ll proceed with investigating your Facebook Shop and I’ll let you know of any new findings that may help with troubleshooting this issue.

In the meantime, don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help you.

    Hey @amir95 ,

Thank you very much for your patience. I’ve been able to further investigate and I think I’ve tracked what’s been preventing your products from showing in your Facebook Shop.

If you navigate to your Catalog Manager, you can see that there are two product catalogs that have been created. One of them is titled “Product for (name of the store)”, and the other one is “(name of the store) – WooCommerce.” Even though this isn’t a problem per se for your shop, it means that the first catalog – the one that has been manually created and has no products – is connected to your shop, while the product catalog created by the plugin isn’t.

In order to proceed with changing that, I’m afraid that you’ll need to delete both catalogs. For the first one, you need to click on the catalog, and then navigate to Settings and find the section as shown here.

For the WooCommerce catalog, it may be easier to navigate back to your WordPress admin dashboard and then navigate at WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce and then click on the Manage Connection button. From there, click on the Advanced Options and then on the Remove option.

After removing both catalogs, you can try running the setup wizard again in order to recreate the product catalog and properly show the products in your store. Would it be possible to take a moment to let me know if the above steps helped with your issue after going through them?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
