Why am I giving Elementor a negative review? I paid for the Elementor Pro plan at around $200 per year and yet cannot get pro support!
Do I like using Elementor. Absolutely as it’s easy to use but when there’s a bug/issue how about the support?
Unfortunately, it’s not good. After submitting 2 support tickets, a request on the Elementor Pro FaceBook group and here (which was closed) due to the fact I’m on the Pro plan I’m still waiting!
I would recommend going with either Gutenberg or the Elementor FREE plugin, and save the money!
C’mon guys – IMPROVE your support especially when we’re paying those kinds of fees! After all – I’m paying USD 200 per year!
