Keys not send when virtual and phisical product bought at the same time

    Hi, When a person buy a phisical and a virtual product at the same time, the license key of the virtual one is not sent. How can I fix this, please?

    Quick follow-up question: Does the physical product have licenses or only the virtual one?

    What kind of licenses do you sell? Do you have a stock of your own or do you use a generator?
