Activate billPlz error on wordpress woocommerce

    Hi, i am using interserver hosting with Cloudflare free version and i am using hestia theme for my website, after i install billplz plugin, i can’t activate my plugin and it pop up error as below

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_should_upgrade_global_tables() (previously declared in D:\Inetpub\vhosts\myepawnshop.com\sapphirehomescleaning.com\wp-admin\includes\upgrade.php:3381) in D:\Inetpub\vhosts\myepawnshop.com\sapphirehomescleaning.com\wp-admin\includes\upgrade.php on line 3381

    please advice

    remark: i already tried remove whole software and reinstall wordpress but still facing same issues. please help! thanks in advance
