So if you add to cart and then go to checkout, the state always defaults to Colorado (the state I’m selling in) and doesn’t even show up the drop down menu for the states. I’ve tried fixing it by messing with the shipping settings in WooCommerce->General and WooCommerce-> shipping but no settings I’ve chosen have fixed this issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there!

I have looked at the Product you provided us with, added it to the cart, and found my way to the checkout page. On that page, I can see that the dropdown box for “State” is missing, just as you said.

This does not appear to be a shipping setting, instead, possibly a setting from your theme, or custom code added to your site. I say that, because when a shipping option is not available, the following message is displayed:

There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

That is different than the behavior on your site, which removes the dropdown box entirely.

My suggestion would be to view the checkout page with a different theme active, such as the Storefront theme, to see if that forces the dropdown to display. If it does, we know it is the theme that is not allowing the dropdown box to display.
