    I have just installed Square for WooCommerce into my site. I sign in with my square account and set the point of system record to Square. I click import products and only one appears and it doesn’t include its image when there should be about 20 Items.

    I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and nothing changes

    Hi there!

    Can you please reconfirm if you’ve already setup SKU for the products in Square, and that those products are available for the location you’ve set up in the store?

    If you’ve already followed the steps above, and you’re still seeing the same behavior, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
