Flag A Readers Contribution Post

I allow readers / subscribers to post stories on my site. Though moderated, there may be some posts that slip through that some people may find offensive.

I am searching for a plugin or other alternative to allow readers to flag a post they consider offensive so i or other moderators may review and possibly remove.

Does one exist?
