Yes, that’s possible. And it’s included in the free version as well.

First you need to enable “Add column > Enable” and “Add column > Add actions” checkbox options in “WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > Admin”, and then in admin “Users” list, you will be able to “unverify” it for the selected users.
