    Hi,

    I just activated a template of WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery yesterday. There was one Recoverable Order made a few days back, so I Reschedule Email to include it in follow-up emails. But I unknowingly clicked Reschedule twice resulting in two emails of the same template. I want to delete one of them in the queue before the scheduled day in the next two days in the hope not to too much disturb the customer.

    Please advise how to delete Rescheduled Email in the queue.

    Hello @pamorn,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    There is no option to delete the scheduled emails from the list.

    For now, you need to delete it from the ‘cartflows_ca_email_history’ database table.
