Show Username of photographer in Flickr group gallery

    Great plugin, pretty easy to set up and looks nice, thank you.

    I am displaying a Flickr Group Pool on my website and would like to display the photographers name for each image in the slideshow, is that possible?
    I can only see title or description available.

    Failing that, can I enable each image as a link to the image on flickr itself?

    Hi,
    Sorry – for some reason I didn’t receive an email notification when you posted this.

    To answer your first question, it is not possible to display the photographer’s name. The API does provide the owner’s name, but I don’t include it in the output.

    To answer your second question, you cannot link a photo in the slideshow, but if you were to display the photos in a gallery layout (like the justified grid layout within Photonic), when you click on a photo it opens up a lightbox: that text in the lightbox links to the photo on Flickr.

    OK great, I understand, that saves me trying to find a way. I like the slideshow format but I may have to do a gallery to get the links.
