Feature request: Is it possible to include a “content safety filter” option?

I’m setting up websites for churches, but the search results show many unsuitable images of women wearing hardly any clothes.

I see the Unsplash API has a setting for “content_filter” that is set to “low” by default which allows PG-13 images, but I’d like to set it to “high” so that it can filter out the offending images.

This plugin is almost perfect and that option would bring it to 100%!
