    Sorry for the delay. For some reason, www.remarpro.com doesn’t notify me when there are new support threads.

    I checked the URL you provided with Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool:

    It appears that your FAQ schema is coming through correctly. Whether Google includes that as part of their FAQ search result is up to them, and is likely based on factors such as domain and page authority, as well as click-through rate and bounce rate.

    The same also goes for any other rich snippet, it’s up to Google’s algorithm to decide whether it’s included in SERP or not.

    Thank you for your reply! Indeed it works by cons there is a big defect in your plugin: you do not take into account the HTML code of the responses .. While the power to put links or bold in the responses is something super important.

    Hi,

    The reason why HTML wasn’t supported is because Google may not support all HTML tags. But I’ve taken your suggestion and added HTML support to the latest version of the plugin. Please update and let me know how it goes.
