• Hello,

I am trying to change the logo according to language. I am using polylang to translate my site. I have no knowledge of php but I am willing to give a try. I have been searching and tried adding code in the the functions.php file but still has not worked.

    Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks! However does not work ??

Your logo is uploaded to the same location Appearance->customize->Site identity ?

Also have you tried changing the language code and image ID as per your language code and image ID? They are using ‘fr’ and ‘ar’ for example so you need to change that and also change in this line $logos['fr']. $logos['your_lang_code'] will be basically the default logo.

My default logo is uploaded via the themes options panel. I did try changing the language code and image ID according to my language code. Even changed the line $logos['fr']. Still does not work…

Ok, that’s the reason code is not working for you. I will suggest you contact your theme support, they might look into the same code and change it as per your requirement.

The code is written to update the logo which is uploaded here Appearance->customize->Site identity but you have a different way to upload the logo which is specific to the theme which you are using.
