Moving .xml file to WordPress

I am moving a site to a new server and to WordPress. I need to still use the same .xml file for our podcasting but it is different than what WordPress uses. I saw a Feed Director plugin that doesn’t work anymore. How else can I accomplish this?

I already have one that has been generated but so many people have the old one that I hate to lose it.
