Not working with Elementor archive templates?

  • Hi, I love your plugin, but I’m trying use it in combination with Elementor archive templates.
    So basically I like your plugin because it gives me a lot of autonomy on how I want the query, but then I want to use Elementor to style the rest of my Posts Archive (the blog index). For some reason your shortcode displays as a literal when used on Elementor’s templates.

    On the other hand if I use your shortcode on Elementor normal pages (not templates) the shortcode would work just fine.

    Any idea why or how to work around this?

  • Sounds like it gets filtered out on Elementor side… Do other plugins work normally on those Elementor archive templates?

    It also happens to other plugins similar to Display Posts.

    In which case you’re better off asking Elementor authors, because it must be something filtering shortcodes for whatever reason. They surely know better.
