why images do not appear

I used the code [spin360 canvas_name=”s1″ imgs_folder=”s01/” imgs_nbr=60 loop=true img_type=png button_color=#69fff5]

What could be the problem? I tried on new templates – it didn’t work.
therefore make the simplest website with a template twenty seventeen
and still nothing works ??
