Awful Bugs and No Support – Even for Paid Version

I wanted to support the company and pay the $19 for the pro version, so I did.
However, going from the free version to the paid version has wiped out the work I did. AND, when I reached out to the company’s website for support, the only “Contact” is a message stating to go to its Facebook page.
I did that, and then got someone who, instead of giving his name at first just replied with, “Support guy.” I pressed him on it and he finally said, “Imran.”
He tells me to activate the pro version and all should be fine. I followed his directions and ran into the problem of my TC Member layout being deleted and not showing on my website.
So I go back to Imran on Facebook, and then instead of helping me further, he tells me to send an email to “[email protected].” I did that, and it’s been DAYS with no response.
AWFUL. AVOID.
