website does not redirect to /AMP

My site sometimes redirect to /amp And sometimes no, I think the issue from Cache plugin !! Can you please make me sure ?

How can I fix this? Last time it still works before activate Cache plugin.

There is no screenshot.
I use my Galaxy Note 10.
When load huislaw.com, it is supposed to redirect to huislaw.com/amp but it did not.

I use WP-Optimize 3.1.2. for their cache and minify.
Could this be the cause?

Can you please deactivate the WP-Optimize plugin for some time and check once, if it’s working then let me know.
