Amazing customer service

After having an issue with the plugin (which ended up being a result of user error on my part), I reached out to Mike about looking into it. After a few emails back and forth I gave him some credentials to the site where he found the problem very quickly and resolved it without an issue, all the while providing me with very clear instructions on what adjustments I would have to make.
