Unable to change image in popup

    I’m in Appearance >> Customize >> Mailchimp for WP >> Popup
    and I have changed the cover image. It still displays the default mail envelope.

    Are there any other steps I am missing?

    That is a feature provided by your theme, not by our plugin. I recommend you contact your theme developer for support.
