• I’m adding shortcode [yop_poll id=”1″] to the sidebar, but it doesn’t show anything. Going to source code I can see that it results into <div class=’bootstrap-yop yop-poll-mc’></div>, but when I go to yop css file I cannot find reference of you-poll-mc. Version 6.1.6. All updated. Theme DW Focus. Any clues what could be wrong?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello

    We’ve noticed you are using a cache plugin so we recommend 2 things after adding the shortcode to the page(s)

    – edit your poll and set “Load using ajax” to Yes.
    – clear cache of your website from admin dashboard

    Hope this helps.

    I put loading using ajax, and clear cache. It now shows more code, but still now poll visible…

    It doesn’t look like the update is showing on the front end.

    Have you followed the steps listed here to clear cache?

    Hello

    We have tested in different browsers and the result is the same.

    it does not look like the poll is loading with ajax.

    Can you take another look to the poll settings and also to your website cache?

    I have disabled the WPRocket, cache plugin, and made sure Ajax option is Yes. Still this is the code it gives:

    <aside id="custom_html-8" class="widget_text widget widget_custom_html">
      <div class="textwidget custom-html-widget">
        <div class='bootstrap-yop yop-poll-mc'>
          <div class="basic-yop-poll-container" data-id="1" data-ajax="1" data-tid="" data-show-results-only="false"></div>
        </div>
      </div>
    </aside>

    Still not resolved. I’m thinking may be something to do with new release. They asked to contact through their website, which I did with no further reply.
