How to change “Tag” label on frontend

I would like to replace the “Tag” label on the website frontend with “Artist” because it fits my purposes better. CHanging it on the backend isn’t relevant to me.
This solution I found in this forum only works for my backend but not the frontend:

Is there any advice on how I can do this?
