Disable/Enable not working and System Emails Still Going Out

    I’ve setup and enabled emails for:

    User lost password – for user
    Password Changed – for user

    I have also disabled password changed – for admin

    When I go through the steps, I am still getting the regular WordPress system emails, the better notifications are not working.

    Any idea what’s going on?
