Looking for an mp3 player

    Hi – Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good MP3 player for WordPress.

    I’ve tried a few but what I’m looking for is one that sits nicely in the side bar (or on a page perhaps) & can play mp3s from a local directory (ie on the server), that has basic stop start, rewind, pause etc and that doesn’t have embarrassing pictures of semi-naked asian women as a background, and one that just works reliably – no drama ??

    There has to be one, surely?

    Any suggestions appreciated

  • Wow. Poor people here looking for answers and not finding any. I feel sorry for you and the others.

    I don’t use an mp3 player plugin. I host music on this file hosting site, stream it to MixPod, and place the code for the MixPod player in a text widget on the sidebar. I now have a MixPod mp3 player on my site. It works great, except for the fact that it (along with ALMOST any other mp3 player on a website) reloads every time you change pages or reload the page.
