how to make a subsription form that links to jetpack?

its like i put a subscription Option form on the page, whenever user subs and the admin(me) will get notified.

i have alredy tried to put an option form on the page, but i can’t get notified, not sure which step that i missed.

I don’t see any Jetpack subscription form on your site. Where exactly did you add it?

There are only two ways to add a Jetpack email subscription option on your site – via the blog subscription widget, or a subscription form block you can add to the content of any post or page:

i put it in my contact Page, On the home page I cant put subscription form becoz the theme is defaulted with Mailchimp. which i haven’t installed.

Hmm, you should be able to use Jetpack post notifications anyway if you want to. Are you just trying to add that form to your front page?

If the theme supports blocks, here’s how you can add this form:
https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-blocks/subscription-form-block

You could also add it as a widget if the theme supports those.

That form was created using the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin, not Jetpack, so please post in that plugin’s forum instead for help with that particular form:
