Incoherent WP and PHP references; Not ready for translation

Hi,
In the body of your readme.txt, you specify WordPress 5.0+ and PHP 5.3+
But in the readme.txt headers you have Requires at least: 4.8 and Requires PHP: 7.0
Please adapt.
