Bing feed and store errors

With regards to the feed error: could you send us the plugin debug.log so we can have a look at how you configured your Bing feed? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

With regards the store issue. I am not sure what this error is about but it seems like Bing is letting you know that 40% of products that are in your store/feed have not been measured by the remarketing pixel you are running. Do you have such a pixel installed?

Hi,

Thanks for sending over the debug.log. It shows you created a feed for Bing Shopping in TXT file format. I believe this is not allowed by Bing. Could you change the file format to XML, regenerate the feed and used the new feed URL?

I also created an XML feed and it was also triggering the same error. But will post the log again

Are you still getting the “Feed errors: The feed format requires header which was not supplied in feed”? because when we upload the feed ourselves and test this we do not get to see that error.
