I had the same settings as your image and re-saved them again but still page not found?

I just fixed the issue because I was using custom structure instead of post name on permalinks. I chose custom structure to remove the category from the URL, but that was the issue with other pages showing the 404 not found.

If you want to use custom structure, you have to update .htaccess file. Its the most common issue in WordPress.
