When I click access to get a new toke, after clearing the cache, removing the permissions on Facebook, and removing the token, I am able to choose from all the pages I manage except the one I need to add into the feed. I am not the owner of the page but I am an admin.

    Hi @rmckibben,

Last week FB has given us a hiccup through their API in this regard. We are unsure if it’s been addressed on FB’s side and we are also still looking at it from our end. This has occurred if there’s been a password change or some other privacy settings changes to the FB account. You may need to double check that you have Admin privileges for the Page and that it is a FB Business Page (not a Group/Community or Events Page).

Then, go into your personal FB settings, under Business Integrations, select SlickRemix and Remove.

Back in WordPress, go to Feed Them > Facebook Options > Click the Access Token banner/button and, once prompted, the ‘Edit Settings’ and select the same FB Pages. Once returned, the pages should have listed. Then click on the Page banner, then click the ‘Save’ button that appears. After that you should be able to generate a shortcode from the Feed Them > Settings page.

If that fails to list your pages, go to Feed Them > Instagram Options > Instagram Business API Token > Click the Access Token banner/button and select two or more accounts (*Even without an Instagram linked account, simply go through the prompts even if you end up cancelling out of the prompts). Once the prompts return you to WordPress, then go to Feed Them > Facebook Options > Click the Access Token banner/button and, once prompted, the ‘Edit Settings’ and select the same FB Pages.

Again, we understand that this is not an ideal solution, we are currently working to address this issue, but hopefully this temporary workaround will help.

    Hi @rmckibben,

Also, if you manage more than 25 Pages, be sure to click the loadmore option.

    Thanks @slickchris ,

The Instagram workaround solved my problem.
