    Hi, Since a few days I got the message ({ “result”:”failure”,”cause”:”E105 – Request Delayed”} ) when contacting support (for paid addons). I have the full package. I also tried to contact them by the normal form and even there no contact. Does anybody had a contact the last few days. Since 5 days I had a question nothing happened. Recurring Events from Front-end is not working -never worked- when Events have to expire the same day (and even better which also is a question, right after when the event is finished, because an event who finished at 02h in the morning stays online -visible- as an active event for that -today- day) and the option duplicate event -also from Front End- is not working and never worked. Not in normal without a paid listing or in combination with a paid listing). So if a client has 365 events a year it is quite hard to fill in all the info again and again. That works 3 times and then they leave and never come back (what I understand).

    Support is working well again and issue of duplicating events is solved by the help of the team of supporters of WP EM! Thanks
