Stock on manual order

  • Hello, I’ve created a bundled product with two simple products that are using stock management. When I create an order manually the two simple products stock count are not being reduced. We are a retail store and do in person sales along with web sales, inventory management has been a nightmare until we started using woocommerce, everything on our floor for sale is on our site and being able to have products taken out of inventory when an order is created is essential. Can you please provide a suggestion? Thanks so much

    Kindly note that stock will only be reduced once the order is successfully placed or the payment is made.

    If you still have problem with that, can you describe in more detail your bundle (screenshots of back-end order, stock settings and a link to your published products) so that we can check and help you out.
