    Hello, your plugin doesn’t send emails.
    I read a reply that it is only supported in the pro version and somewhere else you were trying to see why it is happening for a user.

    I am sorry but what’s the point of the free version if it doesn’t support emails?

    The free version of the plugin allows to send the gift card via email from version 2.0, it was not allowed before because the free version only had physical gift cards, but now the virtual ones are allowed too.

    Could you make a test with a virtual gift card and check if all is working properly for you, please?

    YITHEMES, does it need to be brand new gift card.
    I tested it 2 days ago, and still no email.
    I tried te “send now” button, but still no email, I checked all spam folders and inboxes and spelling of the email address, but still nothing

    No, i dont think I have that plugin.
    Is it a requirement?

    if it helps at all, the email it is supposed to send to is a Gmail address (Did check spam folder)

    And just to confirm, I did check for updates today

    A few of them came through now.
    Is the emails working via the domain?
    or via your servers?

    Hello there,

    The emails work using your site email server, we don’t manage them in any way.

    If you still have problems, you should contact your hosting company and they will check where could be the problem. You can also try installing an SMTP plugin to configure the emails in the correct way.
