Product editor page not working

Can you please disable other plugins one by one to check if one of them is causing this error?

Thank you for response. It is interesting, I did not do anything the product description editor suddenly works now. I tried more than 30 times to add new product and to edit existing products in last two days but all failed. I feel that you can remote control from your end.

Anyway thank you for your response. I will continue to report any issues here about this if it happen again.

No we cannot remote control your WordPress admin.

The issue persists. Product editor page freezed and can’t input any words.
I have Classic Editor By WordPress Contributors installed.

It was worked before updated to eCommerce Product Catalog for WordPress Version 2.9.34. a week ago, and Catalog Me!Version: 1.1.2

So now I can’t add new product nor editing existing products.

Do you see any error in the console?

I will check other plugins if any incompatibility later. Yes, I found many errors in the chrome console. See below:

There is a 503 server error for many CSS and JS files.

Can you check the debug log in your server for the errors?

Did you try to disable other plugins?

Just want to share my experience, I tested with a “product enquiry” shortcode button in product Short Description area, It was not working, even cleared all caches and the problem persists. A week later today, I check it again and try to answer your question, it suddenly works.

Can you please specify what ‘product enquiry’ shortcode? What is the example product page URL?

It looks like the server problem. Please check your server administration panel for any ‘resource limit’ error.

I just realized the Product Short Description area is still not working for the Product Enquiry shortcode. It works when I place the shortcode in Product Description editor.
And when I put the shortcode in both places at the same time, then The shortcode in Product short Description start working. That’s weir.

Please fix this bug. I don’t think this is causing by host server, because the shortode is working in Product Description, why not working in Product Short Description area? You can check from my last comment above.

This is same the first reported issue. Just realized it never works. The button shortcode not clickable in Product short description editor area (see url in https://ibb.co/1JdcrMv), but it works in Product description editor.

Fixed on my end. Thank you!
