    Hi,

I hope you can help me with that. I figured out that I have a lot pending Woocommerce hooks (500). But I don’t know for what they are? This is slowing down my backend. Is this something I can delete? Or is this needed for shop functionality?

    Hi there,
I presume you are talking about Scheduled actions that you can see under WooCommerce ? Status ? Scheduled Actions.

As long as the dates on the Pending Actions are all in the future, they are probably running fine as the relevant date comes up.
If you have Pending Actions in the past, then you will need to look for the reason that they are not running.

This document might be useful to diagnose issues in this area:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/develop/complete-guide-to-scheduled-events-with-subscriptions/.

Even if you are not using WooCommerce Subscriptions, the process of diagnosis is the same.

As to what they are for, you can usually tell by the title.
They generally all queued to perform future tasks such as update orders, renew subscriptions, perform automated tasks etc.

Maybe if you could give us a bit more detail we can help you further.

I hope that helps you to figure it out.
Feel free to get back to us if you have further questions.

    Hi,

thanks for your answer. Well I figured out that the pending hooks are for some statisics in woocommerce. But they are not in the future.

I made a screenshot of the first ones. https://snipboard.io/847Fh0.jpg

What I dont knwo is if I can delete theme or not?

    Thanks,
    Daniela

Looking at your screenshot I can see that the actions in question are associated with WooCommerce Admin importing orders for reporting etc. exactly as you suggested.
They are for specific orders as indicated by the number in the Argument column.
You can safely delete them as they are non repeating.
You can ensure that your analytics order data is up to date by importing historical data under Analytics ? Settings ? Import Historical Data.

The bigger issue is to determine why these scheduled actions did not run.
    For this I suggest that you work through the steps details in the article I mentioned above;
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/develop/complete-guide-to-scheduled-events-with-subscriptions/.

I hope that helps you to figure it out.
Feel free to get back to us if you have further questions.
