That solution might work depending on if the post object has been initialized by WP yet, I’m not sure.

If it hasn’t you can add a hidden field: https://advancedforms.github.io/actions/af-form-hidden_fields/ with a value set to the current post title (get_the_title()). You can then override the email contents: https://advancedforms.github.io/filters/af-form-email-content/ and get the post title using $_POST.
