Mailpoet Gutenberg Block missing

    We are on the latest version of MailPoet 3. This page says there should be a Gutenberg editor block available to add Mailpoet subscription forms, but no such block appears. I have checked the Bock Manager and no Mailpoet blocks are available. How do I enable this functionality so I can place subscription forms?
