Disable delivery for specific products and specific post code on the same time

Hello,

I want to be able to allow the delivery and pick up of part of my products (fresh product) in specific post code in France (5 kilometers around my shop).
And in the same time allow the delivery of other products (cooked products) everywhere in France.

I am close to find a way with multiple package + delivery date&time. But when multiple package define this restriction par product and zone, the delivery date&time plug in seems to not take it into account.
